Newport Beach Swimming JG Prep Training Program is back at NHHS in the Bill Barnett Pool.

 The JG Prep Training Program will be offered January 5th-March 27th. The cost of the program is $450 for the 3 month program. Practices will be held Monday-Friday for 45 minute training session. Select Saturdays we will offer "timing days". There is limited space in our JG Prep program. Once it fills up, we will not be accepting more swimmers.

 ***Swimmers will practice in the time slot that you register for. Your child may not swim in another time slot other than the one that your child is registered for.

• This swim program will have a progression of drills for teaching proper technique, body & head position, breathing, holding water during pulling, kicking, gaining distance per stroke, increasing stroke rate without losing efficiency, and ultimately swimming faster so they will make their goal times for the 100 yard Junior Guards Swim Test.
