Newport Beach Swimming JG Prep Training Program will be held at Orange Coast College this year.

 The JG Prep Training Program will be offered January 6th-March 21st. The cost of the program is $450 for the 3 month program. All swimmers in the JG Prep Training Program must be registered with USA Swimming for the 2025 USA Swimming season to be eligible to participate. After your registration is approved, a link to the USA Swimming Registration will be sent to you. You will register for  USA Swimming Flex membership. 

 

  • This swim program will have a progression of drills for teaching proper technique, body & head position, breathing, holding water during pulling, kicking, gaining distance per stroke, increasing stroke rate without losing efficiency, and ultimately swimming faster so they will make their goal times for the 100 yard Junior Guards Swim Test.

  • All swimmers should bring their own goggle and fins to practice.
